What is a 15-minute city? A 15-minute city is described as a city re-organized into distinct commutable districts. A district is a geographical region where all necessary amenities are available within 15 minutes of walking, biking or public transit to minimize travel.

I think I've seen that. There's a creepy amount of "predictive" content in movies and shows, like Black Mirror. I never understood Eyes Wide Shut when it first came out, but now I understand how you can see something but have your mind shut off to it.
The danger with a 15-minute city is our natural desire to centrally plan it so.
With relaxed zoning laws and perhaps land value taxation (as opposed to property taxes), we should expect something like a 15-minute city to naturally develop on its own.
