While it sounds like science fiction, this is a tangible objective from the Government of Canada, who are actively working with the World Economic Forum (WEF) to roll-out The Fourth Industrial Revolution.
“Policy Horizons Canada (Policy Horizons) is a strategic foresight organization within the Government of Canada with a mandate to help the Government develop future-oriented policy and programs that are more robust and resilient in the face of disruptive change on the horizon.”

Policy Horizons is an organization within the Government of Canada that develops policy and programs to foster the integration of human biology and technology.
They promote 3 integration methods:
Full physical integration of biological and digital entities.
(Digital technology embedded directly into the body).Coevolution of biological and digital technologies.
(Using the CRISPR/Cas9 approach and other new gene editing techniques).Conceptual convergence of biological and digital systems.
(Ideological and societal reframing).
Policy Horizons advocates for a fundamental change to human beings — our bodies, minds and behaviours.
Additional objectives include:
The ability to change or create other organisms.
Altering ecosystems.
Restructuring production and supply chains.
Is this initiative a threat to the human organism and natural life on the planet?
Why trust government with this kind of power?
The Biodigital Convergence will be sold as convenience and comfort. It will play upon commonplace apathy, arrogance and ignorance.

Several initiatives are already in motion — including the Vaccine Certificate System, Digital ID and CBDCs — that will consolidate as an embedded Social Credit System. The objective is direct control of humanity through the Internet of Bodies.
They want to alter the human genome — our core biological attributes and characteristics — to monitor, alter and manipulate human thoughts and behaviours.

Policy Horizons is creating a draft for the new digital slave command economy, where private ownership is eliminated. Familiarize yourself with the language used to promote this digital slave system.

Policy Horizons is referring to Babylon in their post — a civilization based on sexual wickedness, abomination and black magic. According to the story, it was so evil and abhorrent the divine annihilated it, fractured language, scattered Man across the Earth and turned those who dared look back into pillars of salt.

Why is Policy Horizons using a Biblical reference?
They seem to believe in something that has no respect for nature or freedom.
Why is government trying to play God through technology?
Do you want to become a cyborg and have government control your mind?
Stand up and resist this abomination.
Protect human civilization, human freedom and natural biological life. Look no further for meaning to life, raison d’être or purpose. Like the Tower of Babel, I do not think it will work, but if they try this it will fall and crush everything underneath it.

Move away from digital systems, including banking. Hold cash and commodities, produce your own food and shop locally. Encourage your family members to do the same and avoid emotional disagreement with those who push back.

I approve of what you are writing about, and am appropriately appalled by the clips you present.
For me, the hardest part of a Bill Gates imitation to practice is not the tone or inflection, but the hand gestures -- needing a Shiva -- and his choice of words. Milton's hell does seem to reflect some of speechwriting of these goons.
I live in Newsome's California, not Castreau's Canada; Milton, I can follow with relative ease, but I have only four acquaintances who have the wherewithal to follow some of your more abstract arguments; none of them would do anything about the problems you address.
I appreciate the digging up of a Biblical reference in some of these goons' writings; it's telling that they would wax "religious" when contemplating their own doomed enterprise; the huts they're building underground (Zuckerberg, et al) suggest: ". . . to the mountains, cover us".
