Self-employment won't save you, i became a self-employed physician 30 years ago to escape forced fed coprophagia. My professional association and accreditation at work sites mandates 'cultural understanding' of indigenous matters, even though I respect and value such business, truth is I have only had 3 such clients in 30 years. Now I have to make a value judgement on each client, based on their cultural and racial needs, instead of just getting on with the job of treating their condition. Paradoxically the DEI mandates have accordingly increased racism and discrimination, maybe this was another giant psy-op, divide and conquer 😬

When I complained that some people have work email signatures with pride flags and ally spectrums, they told me those represent the values of the company.
